  • As a member of the pre-sales cloud business unit, I play a pivotal role in comprehending customers' business challenges and IT priorities, in an effort to design cloud solutions that will help transform the way customers' deliver IT services
  • Collaborate closely with sales account teams, aligning with customers' visions, use cases, and desired outcomes for effective customer account planning
  • Present VMware’s current and future go-to-market strategies, cloud roadmaps, and vision to customers, catering to technical solutions spanning Private, Hybrid, and Public clouds. 
  • Partnering with customers as a Trusted Advisor, I extend beyond product-centric approaches, developing cloud solutions utilizing major Hyperscalers such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
  • Engage in gathering and validating customer success criteria, addressing technical challenges, and showcasing solutions through meticulously executed POCs (Proof-of-Concepts) and thoughtfully designed Pilots
  • Collaborating closely with clients, I conduct comprehensive assessments of their cloud utilization, ensuring a thorough understanding of their existing cloud footprint. Subsequently, devising personalized strategies to optimize their cloud consumption efficiently.
  • Provide valuable feedback to our internal Product Management teams, addressing customer objections and blockers related to our cloud products and solutions
  • Internally, I assist in furnishing content to our training partners delivering VMware Cloud on AWS Experts training programs to customers, ensuring the dissemination of the latest up-to-date information
  • Contribute insights to Core Solution Engineers to aid in designing an informed Future State Architecture for our strategic customers
