The first Insidious was great. Second was a sequel and was decent. This one is more of an origin story of Elise Rainier which turned out to be a type of supernatural battling superhero of sorts.
The way they ended this film pretty much left it open to a crap ton of movies that could follow Elise’s journey to conquering demonic things. Like a lame version of Constantine.
