This is the first time in years that I didn’t attend EVO despite it being at Mandalay Bay literally a 20 min drive. I guess I’m getting a bit too old to compete now and I’ve fallen into just a pure spectator. Watched the stream with a buddy over the weekend. Lots of hype stuff.

Actually watched the Blazblue finals for the first time ever. It was really good and I’m almost considering picking it up.

Sonic Fox didn’t win 1st at an NRS game this time…say what?!?! Dude is still amazing though. I can’t believe Flash was at Grand Finals. Aquaman is still a lame character.
Marvel vs Capcom 3
The last MVC 3 tournament took place and a local boy RyanLV won 1st against Chris G. Hell yeah..Vegas represent!
Tekken 7
Tekken was hype also…but everyone knew either JDCR or Saint will take it. I mean it was all Koreans in top 3.

Street Fighter V
I’m really glad Tokido took it. I’m still a Punk fanboy but Tokido finally took it after all these years. The whole Top 8 was amazing!
