For about 11 months now, I've been using the Peak Design Everyday Sling 10L as my daily driver. Although the bag is near perfection, I was looking for a way to make it more perfect by having a bit more space.
Enter the Peak Design Everyday Messenger 13 V2. I was actually eyeballing this as my first bag before deciding on the sling about a year ago. I'm glad I waited as they've made some enhancements from the V1 to the V2.
Here are the V2 enhancements as of May 2018:
- Luggage pass-through on the rear panel
- Upgraded FlexFold Dividers
- More Durable Fabric on small internal pockets
- Upgraded weatherproofing treatment to the exterior shell
I definitely prefer the Ash color over the Charcoal but I'd actually be happy with either one.
Despite this being designed primarily as a camera bag. I'm not even using it for that purpose at all. The way the bag is laid out is perfect as a tech bag as well. Fits all the essentials I need for work and travel.
I suppose all that's left is to pick up the Everyday Sling 5L 😉
