So Easter Sunday sort of put a wrench on our meal plan operation this week. I did not know Costco would be closed today, nor did I know this was any sort of major holiday. Nevertheless, we were able to buy what we needed at various other grocery outlets. Surprisingly, we even saved more money and bought pretty much the exact amount. Maybe Costco isn’t our saving grace one stop shop afterall 🙂
