My god. I'm craving some Tsukemen ramen like RIGHT NOW!
So much work and effort these chefs go through to deliver the best possible ramen to their customers for only about $8.
I feel as though I'll appreciate every bowl I have in my life from now on.
I definitely need to go to Chef Tomita's restaurant before I die.

I'm prepared to blow a whole day in Japan just to try a bowl of his legendary ramen. In fact, I think on my next trip to Japan I'll dedicate all my time to just eating all the best ramen spots in the country 🙂
