Meal Plan Week 5

Another meal week. I’ve so far reduced my meals from about 21 meals when I started, to about 12 now. Took a few weeks to understand how much I’d be eating, added with the fact that I still want to go out and eat with friends. Still saving a shit ton on not eating out everyday.

I’m also still not sick of the same meals over and over. I’m simply just eating it for fuel and not so much pleasure. Although, I do find it pleasurable to eat the steak at the end of each day. It’s the carnivore in me that craves for red meat!
