Sweet potatoes are back on the menu! This time, it’s Purple Sweet Potatoes & Japanese Sweet Potatoes. These things are like desserts.
I’ve pretty much replaced all my rice this week with potatoes as my carb source. Veggies are pretty much the same this week, minus the zucchini’s.
Also, trying a turkey dish consisting of simply ground turkey and peppers. Pretty lean and no fat. Still taste like winning!
