The struggle of Tanjiro and his crew to stop the lower rank one of the 12 Kizuki was epic! The Flame Hashira Rengoku is crazy powerful. His odd no blink stare was hilarious.
By the end a demon by the name of Akaza who is an Upper Rank 3 shows up out of nowhere. Rengoku senses his tremendous power and both go on an all out battle.
One of the best cinematic fights I've ever seen with an end that would bring even the toughest men to tears. 🙁
The ending song Homura by Lisa was a perfect track to honor Rengoku. I do love the original but Maki Goto's cover is perfect. I'm a bit biased because she's a huge video game streaming babe!
After the shocking and sad ending, I had to continue with the story so I took it upon myself to read the entire manga! HOLY CRAP! I cannot wait to see the rest of it animated! One of my favorite series of all time!
